There are many excellent organizations working tirelessly to improve literacy in Buffalo. While our city faces staggering rates of low literacy, many of these organizations are finding that their budgets are cut and their resources are stretched. Volunteer help is sorely needed!

At Read to Succeed Buffalo, we believe that improving literacy will take 100 % participation from our entire community.

Volunteers can help in many ways - teaching a child or an adult to read, assisting in planning events or simply answering telephones or other office work. Regardless of age, education, or experience, everyone is qualified to do something!

We invite you to join us in improving literacy in our city. If you would like to help, please complete the following form. You will then be given the opportunity to select from a list of organization(s) that need the services you can perform. Select the organization(s) that you like and they will contact you for the next step.
