Read to Succeed Buffalo appointed Anne S. Ryan executive director. Ryan will supervise Read to Succeed's ongoing preschool initiatives, as well as other initiatives designed to promote a culture of literacy throughout Buffalo. She most recently served as the director of resource and project development with Catholic Charities of Buffalo.
