For Felicia Santiago, working with children is more than job, it's a passion.
She joined Read to Succeed Buffalo as an early childhood specialist, coming from EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) where she was senior program coordinator for the Ready, Set Read program and before that, character education senior coordinator for 24 Buffalo public schools.
Read to Succeed as a non-profit organization that prepares children for school by helping to improve language and literacy. In her role, she will work in Project CARE, a collaborative literacy program for infants up to age 3. Her work will focus in the 14215
