The Push is On to Raise the Literacy Rate

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The push is on to raise the literacy rate for young children in Buffalo.

Read to Succeed Buffalo held this "story time" event at its office on Pearl Street Saturday morning.

The goal of this not-for-profit group is to raise the literacy rate of children through 3rd grade in the city of Buffalo.

$60,000 in grant money from the Rotary Club of Buffalo funded this program.
