Buffalo, NY – Mary Ellen Reilly, a group vice president of M&T Bank and chief compliance officer for the Wilmington Funds, has been named to the board of directors of Read to Succeed Buffalo (RTSB).
 
In her compliance role, Ms. Reilly is responsible for the governance and oversight of wealth and institutional investment services, ensuring that regulatory standards are met, and compliance policies and procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
 
Ms. Reilly has served in various voluntary capacities with nonprofit organizations in the Buffalo Niagara region, including the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Family-Centered Community Change and Buffalo Promise Neighborhood’s AmeriCorps Programs.
 
Ms. Reilly received a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Finance from Canisius College.
